1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the San Antonio Synergy Sports LLC ("SA Synergy Sports," "we," "us," or "our") website at sasynergysports.com and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

2. Eligibility

Our youth basketball programs are designed for children ages 5 through 17. To register a child for any SA Synergy Sports program, you must be:

• At least 18 years of age
• The parent or legal guardian of the child being enrolled
• Legally authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of the child

By registering a child, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your contact information and child's information up to date

Each family should maintain one parent/guardian account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

4. Membership & Fees

SA Synergy Sports offers various membership tiers with different levels of access and training. By enrolling in a membership program, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable membership fees, including monthly dues and any one-time fees (such as uniform fees)
• Provide valid payment information through our secure payment processor (Stripe)
• Accept that fees are subject to change with at least 60 days' advance written notice
• Understand that membership tier changes may involve prorated charges or credits

Drop-in sessions are available at a per-session rate and are subject to availability and capacity limits.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For drop-in session bookings, you may cancel and receive a full refund if either condition is met:

• Within 24 hours of booking (grace period), OR
• At least 48 hours before the session start time

Cancellations outside this window are non-refundable. Missed sessions may be credited toward future bookings at the discretion of program administrators.

6. Code of Conduct

All participants, parents/guardians, and spectators are expected to maintain a positive and respectful environment. This includes:

• Treating coaches, staff, players, and other families with respect and sportsmanship
• Refraining from abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language or behavior
• Following all facility rules and guidelines at practice and event locations
• Ensuring children arrive on time and are picked up promptly after sessions
• Communicating concerns through proper channels (not during games or practice)

Violations of the code of conduct may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in basketball training and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injuries such as sprains, fractures, concussions, and other bodily harm. By enrolling your child in SA Synergy Sports programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your child's participation
• SA Synergy Sports, its coaches, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries sustained during training, games, or events except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct
• You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations during the registration process
• You authorize SA Synergy Sports staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached

A separate liability waiver and medical authorization form must be completed as part of the registration process.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of San Antonio Synergy Sports LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written consent
• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding for any commercial purpose
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content

9. Photo & Media Release

By participating in SA Synergy Sports programs, you acknowledge that photographs, videos, and other media may be captured during training sessions, games, and events. Unless you opt out in writing, you grant SA Synergy Sports permission to use such media for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, and marketing materials. No compensation will be provided for such use.

To opt out of media use, please notify us in writing at info@sasynergysports.com.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service or our Code of Conduct
• Non-payment of fees
• Providing false or misleading information
• Conduct that is harmful to other participants, staff, or our organization

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, SA Synergy Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
