We believe every athlete deserves the chance to develop their game and reach their potential. The San Antonio Synergy Sports Foundation provides financial assistance to qualifying players and families who need help covering membership, tournament, or equipment costs.

Camp and clinic pricing is set individually per event. Multi-child discounts are applied at checkout.
How Billing Works
- Monthly invoices are issued in the second half of the month for the month ahead, and are due on the 1st of the month they cover.
- There is a 5-day grace period. After that, a late fee of 5% of the unpaid balance is applied and appears on your next invoice.
- At 10 days past due a child is suspended from practices, games and activities but keeps their roster spot. Access restores automatically when the balance clears.
- At 20 days past due membership is cancelled and the child is removed from the roster. Only an administrator can reinstate.
- We accept card, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ACH bank transfer through Stripe. ACH takes 2–5 business days to clear; card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are immediate. We do not accept cash, check, Zelle, Cash App or PayPal.
