Refund & Cancellation Policy

At San Antonio Synergy Sports LLC ("SA Synergy Sports"), we want you to be fully satisfied with our programs. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and membership changes.

1. Drop-In Session Cancellations

Drop-in sessions are priced at $35 per session. The following cancellation policy applies:

Full Refund Eligible

You may cancel and receive a full refund if either condition is met:

  • Within 24 hours of booking (grace period), OR
  • At least 48 hours before the session start time

Non-Refundable

Cancellations made outside the windows above are non-refundable. However, missed sessions may be credited toward future bookings at the discretion of program administrators.

2. Membership Cancellations

  • You may cancel your child's membership at any time by contacting us via email or phone.
  • Upon cancellation, your child may continue to participate through the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds are issued for partial months already paid.
  • There are no cancellation fees or long-term contracts.

3. Membership Tier Changes & Proration

If you wish to change your child's membership tier:

  • Upgrades: The price difference is prorated for the remainder of the billing period. You pay only for the days remaining at the new rate.
  • Downgrades: The new lower rate takes effect at the start of the next billing period. No refund is issued for the current period.
  • Tier changes can be requested through your parent dashboard or by contacting us directly.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
  • All refunds are processed through Stripe's secure payment system.
  • You will receive an email confirmation when a refund has been processed.

5. Program Cancellations by SA Synergy Sports

In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a session or program due to:

  • Inclement weather or unsafe conditions
  • Facility unavailability
  • Insufficient enrollment
  • Staff emergencies

If we cancel a session, affected families will be notified as soon as possible and will receive either a full refund or a credit toward a future session, at your preference.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you have a special circumstance — such as a medical emergency, family hardship, or relocation — please contact us. We review these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.
