Welcome to San Antonio Synergy Sports LLC ("SA Synergy Sports," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at sasynergysports.com, creating an account, or enrolling a child in our programs, you ("you," "parent," "guardian," or "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and enroll a child in our programs.
• You must be the parent or legal guardian of any child you register.
• Child participants must meet the age requirements for their enrolled program (age groups vary by offering).
• By registering a child, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as needed.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or contain false information.
• Notify us immediately at info@sasynergysports.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Programs & Services

SA Synergy Sports offers youth development programs through sports, including:

• After-School Programs: Structured sports and character development sessions
• Competitive Programs: Team-based competitive sports training and league play
• Drop-In Sessions: Individual session bookings at $35 per session
• Add-On Services: Additional training, camps, and specialized instruction

Program schedules, locations, and availability are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled families of significant changes.

4. Membership & Payments

• Membership fees vary by program tier. Current pricing is available on our Programs page.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe. A processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 applies to each transaction.
• Monthly invoices are generated automatically and payment is expected upon receipt.
• If changing membership tiers mid-billing cycle, fees will be prorated accordingly.
• Failure to pay invoices on time may result in suspension of program access until the balance is resolved.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

In summary:

• Drop-in sessions: Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking OR at least 48 hours before the session.
• Membership cancellations: Contact us to cancel. Service continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

7. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Sports activities involve inherent risks of physical injury. By enrolling your child, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation in sports programs carries a risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, and other physical injuries.
• SA Synergy Sports, its coaches, staff, and volunteers will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, but cannot eliminate all risks.
• You assume responsibility for any injuries sustained during participation, except those caused by gross negligence.
• You authorize SA Synergy Sports staff to seek emergency medical treatment for your child if you cannot be reached.

8. Medical Information & Emergency Authorization

• You must provide accurate medical information during registration, including allergies, medications, and medical conditions.
• You must update medical information promptly if it changes.
• You authorize SA Synergy Sports to share necessary medical information with emergency responders and relevant staff.
• You are responsible for providing any medications your child may need during program hours (e.g., inhalers, EpiPens).

9. Photos & Media

SA Synergy Sports may photograph or video record program activities for promotional, educational, or archival purposes. By enrolling, you grant permission for your child's likeness to appear in our marketing materials, website, and social media unless you notify us in writing to opt out. You may opt out at any time by contacting info@sasynergysports.com.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of San Antonio Synergy Sports LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SA Synergy Sports shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bexar County, Texas.
